No other health problems.I asked if there was anything i could do to help myself, no came the reply, then i ordered this book from Amazon that is written by an American. Much to mysurprise there is food groups, supplements, life style choices that you can make that may have an effect on your thyroid.Surprise suprise, why is it you only find these things out from the Americans!

Customer Review: I purchased this for a friend who is newly diagnosed w/Type 2 Diabetes. I was given this same book when I met w/my Diabetes educator. It's a wonderful guide to the food groups for the Diabetic and a great help in meal planning. I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to stick to a Diabetic program.

Customer Review: Another book purchased for my daughter who needed it for a nutrition class at the "local" state college. She has really enjoyed this book. It is well written and balanced in its comments on various topics that can be controversial for some. One part she found funny was the section on alcohol. The book spend quite a bit of time showing how any alcohol is considered a poison to the human body which tries to eliminate it through various means. Having indicated that there is absolutely nothing positive about using alcohol, the book then ends by recommending that one use it in "moderation." Still, she speaks highly of this book and I would recommend it to any who are interested in nutrition...

Customer Review: I received the book and it was not as described. The book came in a big box and it had no seal around the book which caused pages to be folded when the book shifted during shipping, i.e. the product was not in new condition and was damaged. Additionally the product was incomplete. It was advertised to come with a corresponding CD which was never shipped.

Customer Review: Healing Pelvic pain has been an incredible asset to me. I am new diagnosed just six weeks with intercestial cystitis and found out about Amy's book through the IC Network. I have been using the breathing, massage, and pelvic exercises now for just a week several times a day and I am seeing improvement not only in lessening my pain but stress level also which I am find a necessity to any type of healing.
