Customer Review: I and think that this is a very good book and I use it nearly everyday as my main source of material. That being said, the FIRST AID team really needs to spend some time on their index. There are SO MANY drugs and other items that are in the book but are not in the index. This can make it frustrating and time consuming to find what you are looking for.

Customer Review: Great book. It's nice to know that I don't have to use birth control which has way to many side effects. This natural method is pretty low key and in many ways empowering.

Customer Review:
I have benefited much from this book in test preparation. If you are a medical student and want in-depth Physiology studies you could benefit much from larger books like Guyton's but if It is time to prepare for tests and want a book that will give you concise information, help you to prepare well, rich with questions that teach you how to think whether after each chapter you study or at the end of the book, this is a great book to read and use. the price is reasonable too !

by Conrad Fischer, Sonia Reichert
Amazon Price: $29.67
Customer Review: I scored a 220 on the step 2 with the step up series. For the step 3 and I used Conrad Fischer's book entited Master the Boards and studied for 1 month. I took the first part of the exam today and I am hoping I passed. I felt so underprepared. I don't recommend using this book as prep for the exam all by itself.

Customer Review: I bought these Anatomy flashcards to use as a study tool for my Anatomy & Physiology class. They are organized by anatomical system and color coded for ease of use. I decided to buy them online at Amazon.com for $16.47 instead of paying $24.95 at Borders Book Store. I also ordered "Medical Terminology: The Basics (Quick Study Academic) guide on here too. Both are really helpful if you are a nursing student.

Customer Review: This book does a pretty good job reviewing the main concepts, plus it's a quick read, but it lacks a few details and clinical correlations that are important for the shelf and board exams. I recommend this only as a supplement, and not your main source for studying for an exam.
