Customer Review: I've always used the yogurt, and I always had very good results. But, I forgot to eat it a good number of times. Thought I'd try the pills, I never have a problem with forgetting my pills. But, this type of probiotic did not work for me. I faithfully took a pill each day, but I was severely bound up by the end of two weeks. I went back on the yogurt, and within two days, I was regular again. Sorry, Align, I tried.

Customer Review: When I first bought test strips, I bought the same brand from a national drugstore chain for about $30 for 25 strips. Yikes! Determined to find a better price, I looked on Amazon and found these for half the price. I was a little hesitant at first; it seemed too good to be true. I have it mounted on my bicycle with its convenient mounting bracket and use it daily while biking.
